For over 25 years, we at ELKLINE have been making sustainable clothing from Hamburg. Honest, durable, and made for people who prefer to put on a jacket outdoors rather than making excuses. Whether soft organic cotton t-shirts, warm sweaters, robust children's trousers, or weatherproof winter jackets – for every item, we pay attention to materials, workmanship, and a good feeling on the skin. Organic cotton, natural fibers, and recycled fabrics are simply part of our philosophy. Our fleece, for example, is made from recycled polyester. Fluffy inner linings and faux fur? Also recycled wherever possible. It doesn't weigh on your conscience either.

We also take a very close look at our sustainable children's clothing. After all, children don't just set off. They jump in puddles, slide on asphalt, and sometimes simply disappear into the bushes. That's why our materials are skin-friendly, robust, and selected according to standards like OEKO-TEX® or bluesign®.

And because northern German weather likes to try all seasons at once, we design our jackets accordingly cleverly. Our waterproof women's jackets and men's jackets come with sealed seams, water-repellent impregnation, and a water column of up to 10,000 mm. Windproof? Of course. Breathable? Naturally. Comfortable? Always. For membranes, we rely on solvent-free and petroleum-free materials. Because cleverness is not just in our pockets.

Speaking of pockets: Many of our products have small, thoughtful extras that make everyday life easier. Hidden Napoleon pockets, zip-in functions, baby inserts, or practical adjustment options. Our robust trousers have reinforced knees. And if you roll up the hem, sometimes a reflective ELKLINE print even appears. Small detail. Big impact.

For us, sustainability doesn't mean doing without. But making better choices. Clothing that lasts longer. Materials that conserve resources. Designs that don't disappear after one season.
