Within Germany, we charge a shipping fee of €4.99 for DHL standard shipping. This fee covers shipping, packaging, and the handover of your order to our shipping service provider. Your order will be prepared by us, packed, and then handed over to DHL. After that, your package will be on its way to you. Usually pretty fast. As they say in Northern Germany: läuft (it's running smoothly).

Shipping to end customers is limited to non-customs union countries in Europe. This means that we currently only deliver to selected countries where regular parcel handling is possible without additional customs processes. The shipping cost share for international deliveries is higher because transport, insurance, postage, and packaging incur more effort depending on the delivery country. The exact shipping costs will be displayed to you during the order process as soon as you have selected your delivery address. This way, you can see transparently before purchase what costs will be incurred for your delivery.

Please ensure that your shipment reaches you. That sounds simple but is important. A complete address, a clearly legible doorbell, an accessible parcel location, or an alternative delivery address help enormously. If you are rarely at home during the day, you can have your package delivered to your workplace, to a different address, or – if possible – to a DHL Packstation. Dropping it off with a neighbor can also be useful. The main thing is that your package doesn't have to travel back and forth unnecessarily. Neither jackets nor parcel carriers like that.

Delivery time

The delivery time within Germany is usually 1–2 working days. In many cases, your package will arrive faster than the next rain shower passes over Hamburg. Nevertheless: The exact delivery time may vary depending on the item, availability, shipping country, shipping method, and the postal service's workload.

The currently valid delivery time can be found directly on the product in the online shop and in the shopping cart. It shows when your order is expected to arrive. Especially for items with high seasonal demand, promotions, or before holidays, longer delivery times may occur. We do everything we can to get your package moving quickly. The rest is then on the way. Literally.

Please note that working days are generally Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not always taken into account when calculating the delivery time. So, if you order just before the weekend, delivery may be delayed accordingly.

For deliveries to other European countries, shipping usually takes a little longer than within Germany. Depending on the destination country, regional parcel routes, and local delivery conditions, the delivery time may vary. The binding information will be displayed to you during the ordering process.

If you are ordering for a specific occasion – holiday, class trip, weekend trip, family celebration, or the first really wet autumn day – it's better to order in good time. Weather doesn't wait. Packages sometimes do.

Shipping with DHL

We ship your order via standard shipping with DHL. DHL offers reliable delivery within Germany and to many European countries. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will usually receive a shipping confirmation. You can track where your package is currently located using the tracking link.

Tracking is especially practical if you want to plan your day. You can see if your package is already on its way, when it is expected to be delivered, and if it has been delivered to a neighbor, a branch, or another pick-up location.

Please check the shipment status regularly after receiving the shipping confirmation. Should there be a problem with delivery, you can often react directly via DHL – for example, by granting permission to leave the package, redirecting it, or choosing an alternative delivery option. Practical. And much more relaxed than parcel roulette.

How your parcel arrives safely

To ensure your order can be delivered without detours, please make sure your information is complete and correct. This includes your full name, street and house number, postal code, city, and, if necessary, additional address information such as company name, floor, rear building, or doorbell name.

Especially for deliveries to the workplace, a complete company name is important. Otherwise, your package might be in the right building, but not necessarily with you. And that's about as helpful as a rain jacket in the closet while you're standing outside.

If you know you are rarely at home, you can specify a different delivery address. Many customers use their workplace, family addresses, or other secure delivery locations for this purpose. Delivery to neighbors or a DHL Packstation can also help, if this option is available.

Please note: Once your order has been handed over to DHL, we have only limited influence on the specific delivery. However, you can often control where and when your package should arrive yourself using the tracking and DHL options.

Different shipping costs apply for deliveries to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and France including Corsica. What happens after your order?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. It contains the most important information about your purchase. After that, your order will be processed, picked, and prepared for shipping.

"Picked" sounds a bit like port logistics. But it essentially means: We find the ordered items, check them, and prepare them for shipment. Everything is then carefully packed. After all, your order should not only arrive, but arrive well.

As soon as your package has been handed over to DHL, you will receive the shipping information. From this moment on, you can track the journey of your shipment. Depending on the destination country and shipping volume, it may take some time for the tracking to be fully updated.
