RETURNS? NO PROBLEM!

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For orders within Germany: AT ELKLINE, YOU CAN RETURN ANY ITEM WITHIN 14 DAYS WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS:

Simply return the item as a return shipment, ideally using the pre-franked label and return slip provided. The box can usually be reused perfectly too – for the sake of the environment.

For orders outside Germany: The cost of a return shipment from abroad must be borne by you.

Exchange only by reordering: If you wish to have the returned item in a different color or size, please reorder it completely in our online shop and send us back the item you no longer want.

Please note:

Free DHL postage: This is included with your shipment.

Packaging: Also, from an environmental perspective, we recommend returning the item to us in its original packaging.

Return slip: Please enter the reason for return (number) on the 2nd delivery note (optional) and enclose it with the package.

Standard shipping is handled by DHL. For your return, please use the pre-franked, enclosed DHL return label. Any Deutsche Post branch will accept your return with the DHL return label. You can also send your package back to us via Deutsche Post packing stations, at no extra cost.

Note: You make our work much easier if you use the enclosed return label for the return (only for orders within Germany). Thank you very much.
If you wish to use other transport service providers, you are welcome to do so at your own expense.

COMPLAINT

Is your item defective or damaged? Within the framework of a 2-year warranty obligation, we at Elkline are liable for material defects in our products. This includes production and material defects. In the event of a complaint, please contact us by e-mail at customerservice@elkline.de. Feel free to use our return slip for free return shipping.
